Adult Transitional Housing
Helping Women and Children Build Stable Futures
Catholic Charities Adult Transitional Housing provides temporary housing and supportive services for single women with children who are experiencing homelessness.
Located in St. Cloud, these voluntary programs offer a safe and supportive environment while participants work toward permanent housing. Residents must maintain a chemical-free lifestyle and work closely with a case manager to develop a long-term stability plan. Regular meetings with staff help ensure accountability and progress toward individual goals.
