Basic Everyday Essentials (BEE)

Helping Meet Life's Everyday Needs

The Basic Everyday Essentials (BEE) Program serves individuals and families living within the Diocese of St. Cloud by providing essential household items needed for daily living.

Items May Include:

How It Works

If you are a new customer or do not have an email address, please call our appointment messaging line at 320-229-4567. Leave your name and phone number, and a team member will assist you.

Program Guidelines

  • Essentials are available to eligible households once per calendar month.
  • All items are provided at no cost.
  • Item availability depends on current donations and inventory.
  • A photo ID is requested when accessing your account to help us maintain accurate records and distinguish between individuals with similar names.

What to Bring

Participants will not be refused service without these items. If you have visited Emergency Services in the last year and your file is current, please provide a photo ID.

  • Identification for everyone in your household; Driver’s license, state-issued ID card, medical insurance card or birth certificate
  • Your address and all individuals residing at the address
  • Knowledge of income to determine TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) eligibility.
  • Bringing your own boxes and bags is encouraged.

Late Arrivals and Walk-Ins

Arriving late will result in the loss of your scheduled appointment, and you will be considered a walk-in visitor.

Walk-in appointments are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis as capacity allows. To be considered for service, walk-in visitors should arrive at least two hours before closing time.

Schedule Your Appointment

Catholic Charities Emergency Services asks that appointments be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.

Please note:
Same-day appointments are not available. Leave at least one hour between Food Program and BEE Program appointments.
