Who We Are
Our Mission
Catholic Charities empowers our neighbors and creates impact in food, housing, and mental health that is seen and felt for generations.
Thank You to Our Volunteers
Our volunteers are essential to the mission of Catholic Charities. In 2025, 2,367 volunteers dedicated more than 139,000 hours to helping strengthen our programs and support neighbors across Central Minnesota.
Whether serving meals, supporting food access programs, assisting with community services or sharing their time and talents in countless other ways, our volunteers help ensure individuals and families receive the care, resources and connection they need.
What We Do
Guided by Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, we provide services that support both physiological and safety needs; food, shelter, clothing, employment, and health, because stability is the foundation for everything else.
Our Values
Though these words are small, they represent the timeless principles that shape who we are as an organization. Our values define our culture, guide our decisions and are reflected in the way we serve our neighbors every day.
At Catholic Charities, we believe we are people working together to help others in our community. These values are upheld by our leadership team, board of directors and every member of our organization as we work together to create meaningful impact across Central Minnesota.
